Friends Society recently organized a **Free Medical Camp** as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting underprivileged and underserved communities. The primary aim of this initiative was to bring essential healthcare services to people who cannot access regular medical consultations due to financial or social constraints.
Camp Arrangement and Management
The camp was successfully conducted with the support of local authorities, volunteers, and dedicated members of the organization. A team of experienced doctors and healthcare professionals provided medical check-ups, consultations, and free medicines to the participants.
Services Provided
- General health check-up and treatment
- Blood pressure and diabetes screening
- Basic eye and skin examinations
- Health awareness counseling and follow-up instructions
Community Response
People of all ages from the surrounding area participated in the event. The elderly and low-income families especially benefited from this initiative. Many participants expressed gratitude, mentioning that they had not received proper healthcare services for a long time.
Purpose and Future Plans
We believe that access to healthcare is a basic human right. With this core belief, our organization plans to continue arranging similar medical camps regularly, ensuring that more people can receive essential health services. We are also planning to expand our health education and follow-up care initiatives.
Special Thanks & Gratitude:
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the doctors’ team, volunteers, local administration, community members, and every supporter who contributed to making this event successful. Without your support, such humanitarian efforts would not be possible.
